I received the Gift Card Code in my email and went to the Eve's Addiction website through the link that was in my Smiley360 email. I was surprised at all the options available for customization on their website and found it hard to decide how to spend my gift card!

Eve's Addiction has rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, decorations and more! You can customize almost anything in the store too! Add a birthstone, initials, name, short message, you name it! Make these items yours with your customization!

I decided to order a necklace with my name on it, Gabrielle. The shipping was fast and my customized necklace arrive in less than a week. Unfortunately, they spelled my name incorrectly, Gabriella. The design had been approved by three people and each had stamped or initialed on my invoice.

I was worried that I wouldn't be able to have it exchanged because the company has a strict no return policy on custom jewelry. I called customer service and explained the situation expecting to need to prove that it was done incorrectly, jump through hoops (hence all the pictures), and have them refuse the return / exchange. But I spoke with a knowledgeable representative and she took care of everything. She even asked me how to spell my name five times. Just to make sure.

Eve's Addiction is sending me a new necklace with my name spelled correctly and sending me return postage to send this incorrect one back.

I'm really happy with this experience so far and cannot wait to get my necklace with the correctly spelled name on it. I mean, look at how cute this is!

This jewelry would make great gifts. A custom ring for graduation or an anniversary. A name necklace like this one would be an amazing gift for any little girl, they will cherish it! Prices on a lot of the items that Eve's Addiction sells are steep so be warned. I chose this necklace because with my gift card I only wound up paying $0.60.
