As I said in my review of
another Turmeric Curcumin product:
Many people cook with Turmeric Curcumin, but I wouldn't know where to
buy it! These capsules smell like sweet potatoes so I would probably
like the flavor but because it appears to be a root, it may be hard to
incorporate into a meal - and to prepare.
This product allows you to get all of the benefits of Turmeric Curcumin
without having to incorporate it into a meal and slave over the
preparation. These capsules are easy to swallow and don't actually have a
flavor to them.
This product also claims that Turmeric Curcumin is an antioxidant and detoxifier that naturally removes dangerous
toxins from your body and protects you against cellular damage from free
radical molecules for healthier skin, organs, muscles, and bones!
Curcumin is the yellow pigment of Turmeric, more popularly known as
one of the most the most common spices used in Indian cooking. Curcumin has been employed for hundreds of years in The Indian subcontinent being a key element in Ayurvedic medicine process. With additional tests, case studies and experiments being performed
over the last 50 years or so it has been uncovered that Curcumin is the
substance in Turmeric that delivered all the wonderful health
benefits associated with Turmeric.
My Thoughts
I have had consistent knee pain for a few years
now because of my ACL replacement surgery in 2010. I have tried all
kinds of products to get rid of the pain. I have seen specialists done
months and months of physical therapy, nothing seemed to help. Even just
walking for a few hours incapacitated me for the rest of the day, I was almost always swollen!
These capsules don't have any different effect for me than others that I have tried. Nothing truly makes them stand out. If I was basing my choice on price alone (current prices shown), I would choose this one.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using
Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
