I love drinking tea. This tea has a decent flavor, heavy on the black licorice scent / flavor though. Even though there is no caffeine in this tea it gives me a boost in energy after drinking. It is also great for reducing my appetite and cravings. It had helped me reduce my intake and lose weight! I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to lose weight but isn't comfortable with taking pill form supplements. This tea is all natural and so it is seen as a safe alternative to weight loss pills. Plus, the tea is a good source of vitamins B1, B2, C, E, niacin and K.
The tea doesn't have much color when brewed other than a brownish green color as seen in many teas. The package is resealable and the tea inside comes prepackaged in teabags. The suggested use is to drink two cups per day and it curbs your appetite and cravings.
