My Review

I have reviewed many Garcinia Cambogia products recently. Because I want to lose weight and it's the new year, I figured it was a great time to share! Why not share my experiences with others who have the same goal as me in 2015, to lose weight?!

I'm really bad about snacking. When I'm bored and watching TV, working from home, or doing my stressful homework, I tend to eat ... continuously. I started with one pill about half an hour before each meal with a large glass of water then increased after a few days to two pills before meals. This works if you're used to a pill schedule like this, it works but if you're not it is really hard to remember. After a few days, I reduced to taking two pills each morning on an empty stomach only. This keeps me full for most of the day actually. I just get really thirsty so I drink a lot more water than usual.

These pills have increased my energy and motivated me to get active. I have also just been all around happier than normal which made being active easier and I have seen a few pounds drop after just two weeks of using this supplement and being active.

Just like any other supplement on the market, this is not a miracle weight loss cure,. You will need to work some for the results you want to see but with the energy and mood boost of this Garcinia Cambogia, it's easier.
