My Experience

I received this product just after Thanksgiving, pretty good timing but not perfect. I hoped it would help me to keep good weight or even lose weight throughout this holiday season. Luckily it was in time for keeping me on track for the other holidays in December!

When I first opened the bottle I smelled it, like I always do. A bad habit of mine, it often deters me from consuming things. Though the scent of these capsules did not deter. They do smell like vinegar which is a bit off putting but nothing too horrible!

After taking two capsules for the first time, I noticed quite quickly that I felt more awake and happier. It certainly gave me a the boost that I needed and I just had more energy overall. The capsules are easy to swallow and really do help to suppress your hunger. I actually forgot to eat a couple of times in the day as it has a natural appetite suppressant. My mood seemed to increase and coworkers and family noticed I was happier.

I felt fuller on smaller portions and it stopped me from having my usual cravings for sweets and chocolate! I would thoroughly recommend it for anyone that is trying to lose weight and who also wants to have a mood enhancer. The only side effect I saw was needing to go to the bathroom more often and hey, it got me out of my desk!
